Well, KT just left, had to deal with a whole night of her insanity and then anime. Really fucking amusing anime. Like Memories and Boku.... BTW, Magnetic Rose is amazing. I was worried that it wouldn't be because alot of the time the ads are a big letdown, but it was good.
Among the many random and insane conversations we had, one was what we admired in different people that we know. (Don't ask what the hell got us on this topic, I DON'T remember) Anyway, we got all nostalgic and shit and started talking about all the different people that we know.
My parents it's always because even though they can be pricks sometimes, they've always been there for me when it was important. My dad has always had a sense of humour about anything he does and he has a skill for making other people smile and laugh along with him. My mom knows how to make the best out of anything, and she usually suceeds
My sister, it's because she can always tell when I'm upset and how to cheer me up, or when to leave me alone. She's the only person I know who can tell my moods that well, and though we may want to kill each other some times, she's still my little sister.
My brothers, it's how dedicated they are to their music and how much they put into it. They're really dedicated people and Drew is always thinking about other people and how they feel. He's always curious about me and my sisters life and is encouraging us to talk to him. Kat, who I think of as my adoptive sister, it's that she takes what life throws at her and uses it to her advantage, that and she makes my brother happy. She's also, and there really is no other word for it, a really cool person.
My friends also all have qualities I admire. KT is incredibly spontanious and can somehow get me to go along with any of her craziness. I never know how she was able to do that, but she's always been really Genki, even when life sucked and others would just want to lie down in front of a traind rather than deal with it.
Nikki is really stubborn, it may seem like a bad quality but it works for her. She works her ass off at things she likes, whether it be in Karate, Japanese school, or pursuing her latest doujinshi or scanlated manga.
Julia is Naive, REALLY naive, but it's part of what makes her who she is, even if you do feel like throttling her somethimes! She has kept her innocent outlook on life even after a year of university and the most depressin mom I have ever met.
Brynne excells at anything she does, but she always works her ass off to get there, and not alot of poeple realise that about her. She's also alot deeper than it seems at forst glance, when she talks you can tell she's actually thought about these things.
Assunta and Joanna are the most organized people I know. It scares me sometimes. They could probably take over the world in under a year if they put their minds to it!
James it's that I can always depend on him, whether it be for a joke or a hug. He's been through all of high school with me and was one of my first friends there.
Vicki and Noelle are 2 of the biggest ditzes sometimes, but they can always make me laugh. Noelle can be off the wall hyper and vicki can be so... perky. But they really are great people.
Brandon is quiet, but he's always been really dedicated to whatever he puts his mind to. He always surprises me too, whether it be that he's actually HEARD of some of the bands I listen to, or that he knows things you wouldn't expect (like a passion for law)
Nic I can always count on for a laugh, even if it's at his own expense (as it usually is!) He may be new to the school, but somehow it seems like we've always known him anyways.
Jenn is..... insane. There IS no other word for it. I have never met someone with so many odd thoughts and ideas, although she's also amazingly talented. Even is she doesn't think so!
Kyle may seem like a tough guy, but underneath it all he's actually really sensitive, even if he is a jerk alot of the time!
Wow is this sappy, dear God, I really need to cheer up. You know you need help when you get THIS nostalgic without the aid of alcohol.
Although alcohol would be nice right about now....
