    Back at home again, got here to find out a few things that made me twitch. When my dad phoned me yesterday he didn't tell me a few things. One of them being that he was at school in with his department when he called me, and that he had put me on speakerphone. Aparently some of his department was impressed with the sheer variety and creativity of the names I called him, don't think I'm ever gonna live that one down.

    Another thing that happened is that my dad proved that he actually has a sense of Romance. On Valentines day he asked my mum to marry him.

    This has been a running joke in our family for the last 3o years, the fact that my dad never actually asked my mum to marry him, so for their 30th wedding anniversary they're going to renew their vows. It promises to be fun at least, trying to talk my dad into having him and the groomsman wear our family kilts to the ceremony.

    Now I'm off to have parts of my jaw rearranged. They'd better give me some damn good painkillers!!
