    I forgot how damn nice it is to be home. It's weird, I'm sick again, but somehow sitting at home in my old bed with a big mug of tea makes me feel so much better. Got present from the family, Oh. My. God. It's a copper and brass and glass suncatcher of a seahorse, I'm pretty sure mum saw me drooling over one just like it when we were in San Francisco a few years ago, but I love it!! Thank you guys!!

    Have to get up early tomorrow to go grab Kat at the airport, then come back to town for a welcome back Kat/Happy Birthday Mere dinner. Promises to be nice, it'll be the first time the whole family's gotten together since Kat left to go out to BC.

    Oh!! And great news, Drew got into OCAD! So he'll be attending school down in TO next year the same as me, I'll have to take him out to lunch to celebrate. Also, little sis just got some absolutely AMAZING news. She's going down to Jamaica for a week in may as a forensic anthropologist's assistant. Needless to say she is currently bouncing off the walls and squeeing like a fan girl, quite excited.

    My dad knows the forensic anthropologist and arranged this all for her, don't think I've ever really seen Beej grin that big before...

    Ah! cold nose! Cold nose!! Puppy is molesting me, bad puppy! He's been following me EVERYWHERE since I got home, won't let me out of his sight. Poor baby...

    Slightly confused by the new Pseudo-hot tub thing my parents got. It's Portable so my mum can take it with her when she goes up the the cottage, but it looks like a giant blow-up kiddie pool with a filter and heater, quite amusing.

    Now off to read good book mum gave me and attempt to sleep.
