So, for those who have not heard this tale before, the modern day image of Santa Claus that springs to mind, Fat man in a red suit with white trim, was actually a 1930's marketing campaign. Coca-Cola wanted to deck out a powerful holiday figure in Coca-Cola's colours and have hime drinking a coke at Chritmas, as a better alternative to milk and cookies.
A few countries, most notably Austria and Germany, have taken offense to Santa as he's viewed today and have instigated this:
The Anti-Santa campaign.
They outlawed Santa.
I spent about 10 minutes rolling around laughing when I heard this.
